Refund Policy

Please note all refunds, paid via Payfast, Wallet Doc or any other third party payment facilities are not done by Blades and Triggers.
When a refund is requested, we notify the relevant parties (Payfast/Wallet doc or any third party services available on our website) to process the refund, these refunds can take 5-7 working days to clear, kindly note this is not in our control as this is processed by a third party and we have no control.
If you chose to pay via EFT, we at blades and Triggers will process the refund, this will be done via our finance department, kindly allow 3-5 working days for the payment to clear once processed.
We are not obligated to do any immediate clearances when processing a refund, all refund will be processed as a normal transaction.
